Love the service you receive at Mr Pickwick's the staff are always friendly and polite..the meals are home cooked and really nice. always a friendly atmosphere and i don't mind it when its busy just shows how popular they are. so give them a try.

Mr Pickwick's is a small cafe in the middle of Chester le Street's Front Street. Served therein is a wide variety of fast food which is arguably the best on the Street, and they have some lovely cakes for desert also. It does get very busy and cramped at lunchtime, but if the noise disturbs you then they also offer a takeaway food service. Coffee is very nice (although not as nice as Citrone's, further up the Street) and they offer lots of chilled/soft drinks for the children. Overall, nice place, although possibly avoid during lunchtime!
